Safely push to your edge so you know you can go beyond.

 

Classes are typically Vinyasa Yoga infused with your teacher's unique training. Pose options for beginners up to more advanced practitioners will be offered.

FLOW & RELEASE

A mix of both worlds, an open vinyasa flow designed to build strength and cultivate mobility in your body followed by a releasing yin practice to stretch it all out.

​

This a combo class great for covering all basis and for those who like a bit of extra focus on stretching.

​

Each class will cater to the individuals present, learning a meditation technique, a gentle pranayama, practicing the technique, time to share experiences and ask questions.

 

Types of meditation explored may include mantra, transcendental, Vedic, guided.

 

We keep it simple but consistent with the opportunity for you to learn meditation but also drop into deep relaxation.

GENTLE FLOW

A great class for beginners to refine their practice or anyone wanting some gentle movement and longer stretches.

​

Based in Hatha style this class will move slower, be lower impact on joints but still give you the opportunity to start building strength.

This class is like a mini workshop for advanced yoga poses. The peak pose style sequence helps in performing the target shape in a safe, structured and systematic flow. The major muscle groups are worked, enhancing stamina and flexibility as you move through fusion of yoga and drill style exercises.

You will work up a sweat, gain strength quickly and develop greater understanding around more challenging yoga postures.

YIN

Stretch out fascia and muscles with this opportunity to cultivate stillness in the body and mind.

​

A slow moving practice, you will be given several minutes to melt into a stretch (yin pose) to allow your body to completely unwind.

​

A great class for beginners or those looking to increase mobility.

*SOME OF OUR OPEN CLASSES ARE HEATED:

If a class states ‘heated’ on the timetable it means the room will be at approx. 28 degrees celsius for the duration. We use state-of-the-art FAR infrared heaters.  Infrared heat is different to conventional heat. It’s radiant, just like the sun. This means it heats up objects, rather than the air. That way, the air stays dry and cool, while the surrounding environment heats up. The heat emitted is absorbed deeply into your body, providing a therapeutic and detoxifying effect that helps strengthen the immune system and eliminate toxins, such as pollutants, heavy metals, and other nasty substances.
